Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a superb stay with very clean and spacious rooms, complemented by a large TV featuring bien sports. On the downside, some rooms do not match the advertised pictures and are in need of renovation.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location, right next to Mercure Lyon Centre Château Perrache and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms offered iconic French Door style windows with a balconet, though the noise from the nearby railway station was noticeable when the windows were open. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and even upgrading me to a recently refurbished 'Superior' room.
The hotel offers neat and clean rooms with a view of Fourvière Hill, though the lack of effective air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot. The service was friendly and attentive, particularly Charif who stood out. The location, while not the best if you don't need proximity to the train station, was remarkably quiet with good access to public transport. The dining was good, though slightly below expectations compared to other similar hotels. Overall, a decent option with some room for improvement in certain areas.
